The problem TiNAAK is built to solve is not a shortage of vendors. India has an abundance of vendors. The problem is a shortage of integration — of a single partner who takes genuine ownership of multiple operational functions and delivers them to a consistent, documented, accountable standard.

Every time an organisation has to manage a separate contract for housekeeping, a separate agency for recruitment, a separate firm for its fit-out, a separate provider for payroll — it absorbs coordination cost, compliance risk and quality inconsistency that it cannot afford to carry.

TiNAAK is founded by a practitioner with over 26 years of hands-on enterprise leadership across facility management, administration, HR, workforce operations and corporate projects. That experience spans ITES, manufacturing, FMCG and healthcare — across organisations ranging from growing startups to large multinational operations.

The credibility behind TiNAAK is not theoretical. It is built on having personally managed the exact functions the firm now delivers as a service — at scale, across multiple geographies, under real P&L accountability. The 8 published professional works, including the 6-volume FM Excellence series and practitioner guides for HR and impact metrics, are a reflection of that accumulated knowledge.

The decision to build TiNAAK came from one consistent observation across all of those years and organisations: the gap was never a shortage of vendors. It was always a shortage of integration.
