Facility Operations Manager
Full-Time Gurugram / Client Sites Operations

Manage day-to-day facility operations for TiNAAK clients โ€” overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, vendor coordination and compliance. Minimum 5 years FM experience in corporate or industrial environments. Strong documentation and reporting skills essential.

Recruitment Specialist โ€” Admin & FM Profiles
Full-Time Gurugram Recruitment

Source, screen and place candidates across executive assistant, receptionist, facility manager, admin and HR profiles. Experience in white-collar recruitment is essential. Understanding of facility management profiles is a strong advantage.

HR & Payroll Executive
Full-Time Gurugram HR / Compliance

Manage payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), employee records and HR administration for TiNAAK and its clients. Working knowledge of Tally or payroll software required. Labour law awareness essential.

Client Solutions Manager
Full-Time Delhi NCR Business Development

Develop new client relationships for TiNAAK's managed services and recruitment offerings. Target segments include corporate offices, IT parks and industrial facilities across Gurugram, Noida and Delhi. Prior B2B services sales experience required.

Security Supervisor
Full-Time Gurugram / Client Sites Security

Supervise security personnel and operations at client sites. Responsible for access control, incident reporting, guard deployment and compliance with site security protocols. Minimum 5 years in corporate or industrial security supervision.
